The Maine Coon cat, known as a gentle giant due to its large size and friendly, affectionate nature.They are a long-haired breed with a strong, rugged build, often featuring a luxurious, "lion-like" coat and a very fluffy, majestic tail.

Maine Coons have a slow growth period and are slow to mature, often not reaching full size until they are 3-5 years old.
